"Suzan is an excellent pet care provider. We have peace of mind leaving our three cats in her capable care. The cats are always very calm and obviously well cared for when we return home. Suzan’s notes written about how each cat is doing at each visit are wonderful and she certainly has their personalities and characteristics pegged. She has taken the time to learn what each cat likes and indulges them with pets, brushing, fishy pole chases or scratches. She has also taken the extra effort over many visits to charm our little “crabby apple” cat. We also appreciate the extras that she provides such as taking in the mail. If you are truly a pet lover, you can immediately detect Suzan's connection with, and appreciation/respect for animals. Our pets are our children, and while we're away, trusting that they will be cared for, not just fed, is our number one priority. Upon our first meeting, Suzan earned our trust by passing the "character test" administered by our team of experts, our skittish, elderly cats, and our feisty, territorial dogs. Achieving this takes patience, kindness, inner calm, nurturing, honesty, and of course a natural adoration for animals.
Since discovering Passion for Pets, we have returned from vacation to find cats who are content, relaxed, happy to see us, and fed! We've experienced just the opposite prior to finding Passion for Pets, and the difference is quite striking. We not only trust Suzan with our kids, but also our home and our security.
